Qwikkit is a fast-growing cabinet refacing manufacturer based in Houston, Texas, supporting multifamily and commercial customers across the U.S. We operate in a highly customized, make-to-order environment where supply chain reliability, cost control, and supplier performance directly impact our ability to deliver for customers.
Our Supply Chain team is growing, and we're looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to join us at our Langfield office.
This role is for someone who enjoys owning their work, digging into data, and partnering closely with operations to keep production moving. You understand how supply and demand affect a production floor, you're comfortable balancing forecasts vs. actuals, and you take pride in building strong supplier relationships that drive results.

What You'll Be Doing
Owning end-to-end supply chain performance for assigned product categories (such as decorative hardware, hinges, or packaging)
Managing day-to-day supplier relationships, including communication, issue resolution, and performance tracking
Leading supplier performance discussions and supporting quarterly business reviews (QBRs)
Negotiating pricing, volume discounts, and category-specific cost improvements
Monitoring and improving landed costs, including freight, tariffs, and duties
Partnering with Inventory Management to optimize order quantities, safety stock, and MOQ
Maintaining accurate category-level lead times and supplier OTIF (On-Time, In-Full) performance
Collaborating closely with Operations, Engineering, Finance, Production Planning, and Customer Service
Supporting new product launches, category transitions, and supplier readiness
Participating in month-end and year-end inventory counts
Supporting inbound and outbound logistics coordination as needed
Contributing to continuous improvement efforts and standardized supply chain processes aligned with Qwikkit's Empowered Process-Oriented Culture (EPOC)
What We're Looking For
4+ years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, or category management within a manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of how inventory supports production and customer delivery
Experience working with forecasts vs. actuals and managing supply variability
Highly analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
Moderate Excel proficiency required (analysis, tracking, basic modeling)
Comfortable working independently once trained and taking initiative in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and the ability to partner across departments
Experience working as part of a small, cross-trained team where collaboration and flexibility are essential
