Crawford Group ) is seeking a Senior Integrated Marketing Manager (SMB) for a global technology client of ours. We are seeking a high-caliber, seasoned marketing manager to execute and optimize the B2B integrated marketing campaigns to support our SMB business. This is not a "maintenance" role; we are in a start up mode with our SMB motion and need a "builder" who can identify friction points, fix broken processes, and create a humming growth engine working with our COES (paid media, email, analytics etc).
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated go-getter who thrives in highly matrixed organizations and needs little hand holding. You will serve as the central hub between Product Marketing, Demand Gen, GTM, and Sales, ensuring that our portfolio strategy translates into high-performing, end-to-end customer journeys and campaigns. You must be deeply analytical, possess an "operations-first" mindset, and be comfortable navigating ambiguity with limited oversight. You will help drive the sale and marketing feedback loop with different sales and SOPS stakeholders alongside analytics partners.

Key Responsibilities
Integrated Campaign Orchestration: Lead the planning and cross-functional coordination of global SMB campaigns to drive MQLs, connect rates and meetings. You will align marketing COES (Paid, Social, Email) on strategic priorities and shared target metrics.
Operational Diagnosis & Optimization: Constantly audit and assessment of the current SMB marketing motion to identify "broken" links in the funnel. Develop and implement streamlined processes for program implementation and marketing efficiency.
Cross functional management: Navigate a complex stakeholder landscape, working across Centers of Excellence (COEs) to ensure cohesive execution of the marketing strategy.
Campaign Planning: Develop and present quarterly marketing plans to internal and external stakeholders.
Customer Journey Mapping: Deeply understand the B2B SMB buyer's journey. Ensure that all marketing activities—from acquisition to lifecycle—are aligned with the customer's needs and business objectives.
Data & Performance Management: Partner with Analytics to track, analyze, and report on performance and recommend optimizations. Leverage various data sources to assess challenges and opportunities and pivot strategy based on data-driven insights.
Requirements:
Experience: 10+ years of experience in Campaign Marketing or Integrated Marketing, with a heavy emphasis on B2B SMB segments.
Matrix Navigation: Proven track record of influencing and driving results within highly matrixed, global organizations.
Analytical Rigor: Strong data and administrative mindset. You must be comfortable working with relational databases and using Excel to report on complex data sets.
Operational Proficiency: Hands-on experience with project management and familiarity with B2B funnel and analytics. You should understand "how the pipes work" in a marketing tech stack.
Self-Sufficiency: A true self-starter who can operate/navigate with little direction. You are not afraid to ask the right questions to move a project forward.
Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a "start-up style" environment within a larger corporation where processes are still being defined.
