Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform high-quality diagnostic, repair, and maintenance work on a wide range of vehicles
  • Conduct advanced troubleshooting on engines, electrical systems, drivability concerns, and mechanical components
  • Complete repairs efficiently and accurately according to dealership and manufacturer standards
  • Communicate effectively with service advisors and leadership regarding repair status and recommendations
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay current with OEM standards, emerging technologies, and industry best practices
  • Provide exceptional customer service and represent the dealership's values and reputation

Requirements

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional automotive repair experience (A or strong B level)
  • ASE Certifications highly preferred (or willingness to obtain)
  • Proven ability to diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical issues
  • Strong attention to detail, safety, and quality
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
  • Positive attitude and desire to contribute to a team-oriented culture
