To flourish in this role, you will:

  • Collaborate closely with Clinical Leadership Team to identify, evaluate, and integrate best practices, as well as Intermountain's treatment model, to provide individualized treatment for clients. This includes assessing the relevance of emerging clinical approaches, implementing new programs, and refining outcome measures to evaluate effectiveness.
  • Contribute to the strategic direction of clinical services by aligning program development with agency goals and values. The Clinical Supervisor plays a key role in evaluating agency-wide needs, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that new initiatives are both effective and sustainable.
  • Provide high-level clinical and regular supervision and mentorship to therapists and mental health school supports, modeling professionalism and clinical excellence. They are responsible for fostering a culture of growth, accountability, and collaboration within their teams.

Qualifications:

Required

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field that qualifies for licensure to practice psychotherapy in Montana.
  • Current Montana licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) for a minimum of three years, or documented completion of approved clinical supervision training.
  • Minimum of five years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy to children and families.
  • Valid driver's license

Preferred

  • Experience providing professional training to both clinical and non-clinical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop, implement, and evaluate clinical program improvements.
  • Proven leadership experience within a behavioral health or human services organization.
  • Strong capacity to integrate clinical innovations into organizational culture and practice.
