We are seeking a motivated and skilled Service Technician near the Salt Lake City area to support our growing operations and ensure the reliable performance of customer equipment. The ideal candidate is hands-on, energetic, and eager to grow in a dynamic environment, while delivering high-quality service to customers and internal team members. This role plays a key part in upholding company values and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Requirements:
- Must be located in or near the Salt Lake City area and within a 1-hour drive of a major airport (SLC)
- Ability to travel 100% - Monday through Friday, year-round
- Must be able to obtain a U.S. Passport; some international travel may be required
- Comfortable working in a variety of work environments
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Responsibilities:

- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems related to sheet metal fabrication equipment
- Provide effective technical assistance, including repair and warranty support for in-field equipment
- Deliver phone-based technical support to customers through the in-house Help Desk
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance
- Read and interpret diagrams, schematics, operation manuals, and manufacturer specifications for installations and repairs
- Operate hand tools, power tools, precision measuring devices, and electronic/electrical testing instruments
- Execute equipment installations and provide training to customers during the installation process
- Collaborate with team members and departments to support organizational growth
- Assist with additional service-related projects and tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in mechanical, electrical, or industrial service work preferred
- Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and grow
- Ability to work independently while effectively managing tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills
- Mechanical and electrical experience preferred
- Roll forming experience preferred
