Our beautiful BRAND NEW and state-of-the-art pediatric practice in Franklin, TN is excited to welcome a full-time Pediatric Dental Assistant to our energetic, kid-friendly dental team If you're passionate about working with children and love creating positive, memorable dental experiences, this is the perfect opportunity for you
We're looking for someone with 1–3 years of experience as a dental assistant, preferably in a pediatric or general dentistry setting, who is also certified in coronal polishing. Our dream candidate is upbeat, outgoing, and knows how to make kids (and their parents) feel at ease from the moment they walk through the door. You should be a true team player with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a heart for delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities:
- Provide a welcoming, soothing and customer service focused experience for patients.
- Clearly and effectively communicate treatment needs, post op instructions and home care education to patients and parents.
- Prepare patients for treatment or checkups ensuring their comfort.
- Take diagnostic x-rays using standard dental radiographic equipment.
- Assist the Dentist with a high level of partnership through four handed dentistry.
- Arrive prepared for each day and review patient charts for morning huddle.
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with
