We manufacture retractable partitions for all types of spaces. We create simple room partitions that maximize privacy, block out sound, and are easy to use for spaces such as homes, offices, schools, hotels, event spaces, restaurants, and health facilities. We have worked on many projects throughout the United States. Tudelü is looking for someone who has customer service experience. Successful applicants should:

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answering the phone and transferring calls as needed
  • Sorting and delivering incoming mail and collecting and sending outgoing mail
  • Create documents, maintaining databases and responding to emails
  • Making logistical arrangements for meetings or conferences, including booking travel, making reservations or organizing rentals
  • Taking instructions from CEO and managers
  • Collecting, filing and organizing office documents, such as reports and confidential records
  • Managing digital document filing, including email correspondence
  • Transcribing or taking notes during meetings and writing minutes, memos and/or agendas
  • Packaging and shipping sample kits
  • Publishing quotes, requesting quotes from third party companies
  • Arrange product shipping logistics

Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Word and Excel
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on communication
- Demonstrated computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
- Prior administrative experience preferred
- Organized with excellent attention to detail
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage calendars effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $20.00 per hour
