 who is both technically sharp and people-focused. Someone who loves tax planning, coaching, reviewing work, solving complex problems, and helping clients feel confident and supported.

What You'll Do

Tax Expertise

• Prepare and review tax returns (individual + business)
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and proactive tax positions
• Build tax projections and year-end planning scenarios
• Identify savings opportunities and advise clients strategically

Client Leadership

• Run tax planning meetings and explain strategy in simple terms
• Review returns with clients so they fully understand their filings
• Build strong, long-term relationships
• Be approachable, thoughtful, and solution-oriented

Team Development

• Mentor and train accountants on more complex tax topics
• Review staff-prepared returns and provide supportive, actionable feedback
• Contribute to tax processes, checklists, and scalable systems

Internal Impact

• Partner with the bookkeeping and accounting teams
• Help refine workflows so the department grows efficiently
• Keep deadlines on track and projects running smoothly

• A CPA with 7+ years of hands-on tax prep and review
• Skilled in planning, projections, and advisory (not just compliance)
• Someone who enjoys mentoring and helping people grow
• Clear, friendly, and confident when talking with clients
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
• Excited to be part of a collaborative, supportive culture

• Able to travel to our office in Dallas, TX during tax season (travel will be paid by company)
