Job Description

Join LandGreen Landscaping Inc. to help create and maintain stunning outdoor spaces We're seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Landscape Crew Member who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in their work. Whether you're working independently or with a team, your strong work ethic, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn will drive your success. Responsibilities

The job includes the following responsibilities but is not limited to:

• Perform landscape installation tasks including site preparation by clearing debris, grading soil, and setting up planting beds or hardscape areas; installing trees, shrubs, flowers, sod, mulch, and drainage systems according to design plans.
• Load, unload, and transport plants, soil, tools, and materials to and from job sites.
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, wheelbarrows, skid steers, and other landscaping equipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area during and after installations.
• Communicate effectively with the Landscape Crew Leader, follow instructions carefully, and work collaboratively with team members to ensure accurate placement of landscape elements and timely completion of project goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Adhere to safety guidelines, protocols, and regulations to ensure a safe working environment at all times.
• Follow company safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
• Communicate effectively with clients to answer questions and address concerns.
• Ensure all landscape installation projects meet company standards and client specifications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma and/or bachelor's degree in related areas.
• Previous experience in lawn care, landscaping, or related fields.
• Strong physical endurance for performing manual labor outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Capable of handling job demands that involve repetitive motions, bending, standing, lifting, pulling, and carrying
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining outdoor spaces.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and focuses on delivering high quality results.
