Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our fast-paced dining establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food service management and demonstrate exceptional leadership skills. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, delivering outstanding customer service, and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.

Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies.
  • Supervise and train staff in food preparation, customer service, and operational procedures.
  • Oversee inventory control, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels.
  • Utilize POS system TOAST
  • Implement food safety protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations.
  • Develop and maintain budgets while optimizing costs related to food production and staffing.
  • Foster a positive work environment through effective team management and leadership.
  • Conduct interviews and hire new staff members as needed.
  • Coordinate with kitchen management to ensure timely food production and quality control.
  • Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to enhance the dining experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety standards.
  • Experience with quick service & fast food restaurants as well as casual dining establishments is preferred.
  • Familiarity with budgeting, inventory control, and cash handling procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
  • Ability to lead, train, and develop team members effectively.
  • Previous experience in fine dining or banquet settings is a plus.
  • Culinary experience or kitchen management background is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
