Full Time Line Cook

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be motivated at providing well-prepared, hot meals at a fast pace. Experience in short order cooking is highly recommended and preferred with experience in breakfast foods as well.

Closed every Monday and major Christian holidays. Typical work schedule would be 4-close Tuesday - Friday, and varying on Saturday / Sunday - 8 am - 4 pm OR 4pm - close.

Breakfast experience is HIGHLY recommended.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations and equipment. Complete daily/weekly cleaning lists alongside team.
• Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages.
• Follow food safety guidelines and sanitation practices to ensure the health and safety of all guests.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely, including knives, grills, fryers, and ovens.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service is preferred.
• Knowledge of meal preparation techniques and food industry standards.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork mentality.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
