Your Role: Behavior Technician

We're looking for an energetic, flexible, and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our Naperville team

In this part-time, center-based position, you'll work directly with children to build communication, social, and daily living skills. You'll bring the curiosity and compassion—we'll bring the training, structure, and mentorship you need to shine.

What You'll Do:

• Teach and support children using engaging, evidence-based strategies
• Promote independence, empowerment, and self-advocacy
• Encourage communication, connection, and joy in learning
• Collect data and celebrate progress along the way
• Collaborate with a BCBA who designs individualized programs for each learner

No ABA experience? No problem We provide paid training , hands-on mentorship , and full support to help you earn your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential if you choose.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting Pay: $19/hour
• Raise: +$3/hour after training completion
• Quarterly performance-based raises

What We're Looking For

• A bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is a plus (not required)
• A genuine passion for working with children
• Reliability, initiative, and a willingness to learn
• An interest in fields like psychology, education, child development, or behavior therapy
