Licensed Master Electrician

Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Master Electrician to lead and execute electrical projects across various construction and renovation sites. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in residential, commercial, and industrial electrical systems, with a strong understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC), schematics, and blueprint reading. This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects, including new installations, upgrades, and maintenance, ensuring safety and compliance at all times. The position requires a licensed master electrician committed to delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Lead electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance on construction sites, including renovation projects.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to ensure accurate implementation of electrical systems.
• Install, troubleshoot, and repair low voltage and high voltage electrical systems using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment such as ohmmeters.
• Program and troubleshoot programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for industrial automation processes.
• Ensure all work complies with NEC standards and safety regulations.
• Conduct inspections of electrical systems to identify issues related to schematics or wiring errors.
• Oversee the use of hand tools, power tools, and other equipment necessary for electrical work on-site.
• Collaborate with construction teams to coordinate electrical aspects of projects, including schematics interpretation and installation planning.
• Maintain detailed documentation of work performed and ensure adherence to project timelines.
• Supervise apprentices or junior electricians as needed, providing guidance on best practices.

Experience

• Valid Licensed Master Electrician certification with relevant licensing authority.
• Proven experience in residential, commercial and industrial electrician roles with knowledge of low voltage and high voltage systems.
• Extensive background in electrician projects involving renovation and construction environments.
• Hands-on experience with blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and schematic troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with NEC standards, schematics, power tools, hand tools, ohmmeters, and other electrical testing equipment.
• Experience working on construction sites with a focus on safety protocols and building codes.
• Prior experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of electrical code compliance related to renovation projects within commercial or industrial settings.

Pay: $75, $95,000.00 per year
