*Job Summary -

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our establishment and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service. If you have a passion for leadership, excellent customer service skills, and a background in the food industry, we want to hear from you

** Must Train in all areas

Duties:

• Manage and supervise the staff during assigned shifts

• Ensure that all employees adhere to company policies and procedures

• Train new team members on proper food handling, safety protocols, and customer service standards

• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed

• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash registers

• Assist with food preparation and ensure that all dishes meet quality standards

• Address customer concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

• Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving overall restaurant performance

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in kitchen management or a similar leadership role

• Strong knowledge of food handling and safety regulations

• Proficient in cash handling procedures

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively

• Familiarity with Aloha POS system is preferred but not required

• Experience in coffee shops, hotels, or similar establishments is a plus
