We're looking for a Customer Support Agent who genuinely enjoys helping people, understands detailing and garage products, and takes pride in delivering a great customer experience.

What You'll Do

• Assist customers with order status, shipping questions, and product inquiries
• Respond to customer emails and support tickets with a goal of under 24-hour response time
• Help troubleshoot product-related questions and guide customers to the right solutions
• Oversee returns, cancellations, and basic order issues
• Use judgment to resolve customer satisfaction issues fairly and efficiently
• Write and update help articles and FAQs to reduce repeat questions
• Contribute to improving our support processes and customer experience
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors when needed
• Occasionally assist with educational content (short videos, photos, or product explanations)

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Detailing, automotive, or garage product knowledge is highly preferred
• Customer-first mindset with the ability to be fair but firm
• Comfortable working with support tools, email, and e-commerce platforms
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple tickets at once
• Willingness to learn Obsessed Garage products inside and out
• Ability to make good decisions independently when helping customers

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience with car detailing, pressure washers, garage setups, or enthusiast-level products
• Previous customer support or e-commerce experience
• Familiarity with Shopify, HelpScout, or similar platforms
• Interest in creating educational content or product guides
