The Role
This is a high-impact, builder role on a small engineering team. As the 4th engineer at Alia, you'll step into a position of real ownership: leading frontend development and shaping the UI experiences that define our product.
You'll ship features end-to-end, from database to UI, with a heavy emphasis on frontend craft. You'll collaborate directly with our technical founder, influence product direction, and see the direct impact of your work on thousands of brands and millions of shoppers.

What You'll Do
Frontend Excellence
- Build beautiful, functional interfaces that customers love to use
- Own the UI/UX implementation across our merchant dashboard and popup builder
- Turn product ideas into pixel-perfect, performant React components
Full-Stack Ownership
- Develop features end-to-end: database schema, backend APIs, and frontend UI
- Work primarily in React and TypeScript across the entire stack
- Ship early, iterate quickly, and learn from real user feedback
Product & Impact
- Collaborate closely with the founding team to shape product direction
- Figure out the right questions to ask, then build the right solutions
- Help scale our platform as we continue rapid growth
What You Bring
Must-Have Experience
- Expert-level UI development skills:
you have an eye for design and can build beautiful, intuitive interfaces - Strong React and TypeScript proficiency:

comfortable working across the entire stack when needed (Postgres, GCP) - Start up mentality:
