Full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst
First Step Therapy is currently seeking a BCBA to join our growing multidisciplinary team in Orlando treating clients with a variety of diagnoses ranging from age 0-16 years old in the client's natural environment.
W2 salaried positions available

Job Summary
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) collaborate with registered behavior technicians to provide ABA therapy services to help children learn new skills and reach milestones.
- Provide in-person behavior intervention services in a clinic based setting.
- Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans that improve the child's ability to function in their environment.
- Collect and record data on child behaviors.
- Collaborate with RBTs to create treatment plans that are most beneficial for the child and the family's goals.
- Collaborate with other therapy disciplines to provide a multidisciplinary approach for optimal functional outcomes.
- Follow Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) guidelines and codes of conduct.
Job Requirements
- Master's Degree
- BCBA certification
- Level II fingerprinting background
- Driver's License
- In-person CPR and First Aid Certification
- Professional Liability Insurance
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of ABA experience (preferred)
- Safety care training (preferred)
- Supervision experience (preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Providing adequate supervision to RBTs ensuring clinical integrity
- Caregiver education

- Accurate record keeping
- Collaboration for client scheduling
