Role Description

This role is remote for a Sales Representative at FlyticAI. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and connecting with potential clients in the aviation sector, developing and maintaining client relationships, and presenting FlyticAI's solutions. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, preparing and delivering sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to understand and align offerings with client needs, and staying updated on industry trends and advancements. Additionally, travel to conferences to help maintain relationshps and develop new client base.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Experience in conducting market research and developing sales strategies
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to deliver impactful presentations
  • Knowledge or experience in aviation, technology solutions, or flight safety systems is highly desirable
  • Highly self-motivated, with strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Aviation, or related field (preferred)
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and basic digital tools for sales and client management
  • Adaptability and willingness to stay updated with the latest aviation industry trends
