Excel Therapy Services, P.C. is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and collaborative Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)to join our growing pediatric and school-based practice. We offer both part-time and full-time opportunities with a flexible schedule and strong professional support.
Our therapists are leaders who provide high-quality occupational therapy services to children, school districts, and families, including developmental and sensory integration evaluations, treatment, and education. About the Role
As an Occupational Therapist at Excel Therapy Services, you will:
- Provide occupational therapy services to pediatric clients across school-based, outpatient, and early intervention settings
- Conduct developmental and sensory integration evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Collaborate with families, educators, and community partners
- Provide parents or school staff with education, consultation, and support
- Maintain timely, ethical, and professional documentation
- Contribute to a collaborative, respectful, and growth-oriented team culture

Location & Service Areas
- Presque Isle, Maine — current outpatient clinic location
- Current in-person service need in Aroostook County, Maine
- Statewide Maine service reach — candidates are welcome to apply from any region in Maine as our reach continues to expand
- School-based, outpatient pediatric, and early intervention service settings
- Potential for providing in-person, hybrid, and telehealth service models
Qualifications
- Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
- Current Maine OT license (or ability to obtain)
- Pediatric experience preferred; however, new graduates are encouraged to apply. We welcome the opportunity to provide training and mentorship to a new graduate candidate who is a strong fit for our team and mission.
- Experience in school-based therapy preferred but not required
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Commitment to ethical practice, professionalism, and evidence-based care
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
