Job Description: 1099 Cleaning Contractor – Kalos Dwellings

Location: 30A, Florida

Rate: Incentive based compensation plan, starting at .12 square ft.

Overview: We are seeking a motivated and reliable cleaning contractor to join our team on a 1099 basis. As a cleaning contractor, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards within designated facilities. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and a strong work ethic to ensure our clients' spaces are consistently well-kept.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, including sinks, toilets, and fixtures.
• Wipe down and disinfect surfaces such as countertops, tables, and door handles.
• Inspect appliances; stove, dishwasher, washer/dryer
• Make all beds with fresh linens, place fresh towels per standard
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, notifying when supplies are low.
• Follow established safety procedures and protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Notify management of any repairs needed or issues observed during cleaning duties.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding cleanliness and safety.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a cleaner or similar role preferred.
• Ability to handle basic cleaning equipment and machinery.
• Ability to provide cleaning tools and equipment, and use provided list of cleaning supplies as a guide.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
• Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing work tasks.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Reliable transportation to and from cleaning sites.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a professional demeanor.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in commercial or residential cleaning.
• Flexibility in schedule to accommodate evening or weekend assignments.

Working Conditions:

• This position requires standing, bending, and lifting throughout the workday.
• Exposure to cleaning chemicals and substances is common.
• Work environments may vary and include offices, retail spaces, or residential homes.
• We will provide cleaning supply list.
• We will provide Kalos Dwellings uniform.

Contract Details:

• This is a 1099 contractor position, meaning you will be responsible for your own taxes and benefits.
• Compensation will be based on a per job basis, depending on the scope of work.
• Compensation incentives will be included, determined at a later date.
• Flexible scheduling options available based on client needs and contractor availability.
