The Regional Master Trainer will travel to each of our locations once monthly to support RBTs and BCBAs in implementing clinical skills to integrity.

POSITION ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

The following are duties and responsibilities that the Regional Master Trainer shall provide:

• Monitoring best practice standards, needs of the organization, and current research to ensure training remains first in class.

• Attending and presenting at national conferences.

• Conducting Safety Care trainings.

• Measuring and reporting on KPIs.

• Supporting RBTs to maximize clinical performance resulting in increased client outcomes.

The Regional Master Trainer requires a minimum of a Master's in Behavioral Analytics along with the following:

• At least two years BCBA experience.

• At least 2 years providing Behavioral Skills Training in a small or large group setting.

• Ability to pass a background and drug screen.

• Willingness to sign company NDA.

• Exemplary interpersonal skills.  Must be able to work collaboratively and positively with a variety of clinical staff.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to manage time effectively.

• Positive, solution-based collaboration with the team.

• Strong OBM skills.

• Ability to give and receive feedback in a positive and constructive manner.
