Guest Service Representative

Tundra Lodge Water Park and Conference Center is located 4 blocks from Lambeau Field and houses Green Bay's only indoor waterpark. We provide a variety of services to our guests in our restaurants, meeting spaces, waterpark and suites. We believe in exploring our customers' needs and providing them with exceptional service at every step of the way, while creating lasting experiences that they want to repeat again and again.

Description:

The Guest Service Representative is often the first and last contact the guest has with the hotel. The impression he/she makes upon the guest must be professional, service oriented, and lasting. To provide all hotel guests with courteous and efficient service.

We are currently looking for part time and full time applicants, 3PM-11PM shift and weekend work & holiday rotation is a requirement.

Job Responsibilities:

* Daily posting and cash transactions.

* Maintain room controls.

* Efficiently and professionally register and check out guests following established credit procedures, rate structures, and Front Office Standard Operating Procedure.

* Welcome and register guests promptly upon arrival.

* Properly handle guest mail, messages, and issue safety deposit boxes to guests.

*Have proper phone etiquette

Qualifications:

*High School Diploma Required.

*A minimum of one year of Customer Service Experience is required.

*Flexible Availability, must be able to work nights and weekends

*Prior Hotel experience desired.

*Pay based on experience
