We are looking for a Principal Technical Program Manager to drive Data Lifecycle Management to help lead this transformation - someone who thrives on tackling complex problems, shaping powerful technologies, and driving programs that unlock the full potential of data. Responsibilities
- Advance Data Maturity and Governance: Educate, align, and drive organizational adoption of data maturity models, governance standards, and best practices for data producers and consumers.
- Do you instinctively see opportunities to simplify complex processes and improve how work gets done? You'll partner across Intuit's most critical initiatives to reduce friction in how humans and AI produce, govern, and consume data—elevating data quality, trust, and usability at scale.
- Lead with Influence: Drive strategic programs in partnership with VP+ leaders, accelerating business outcomes and ensuring alignment with Intuit's overall strategy.

- Master the Domain: Possess deep expertise in software development methodologies and apply them effectively to programs. Lead strategic discussions on data architecture and AI-native platform technologies, influencing technical direction and standards within the Data Platform organization.
- Driven by a desire to solve the impossible? You'll tackle Intuit's biggest, most complex challenges with expert-level technical understanding across multiple domains, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Proven Leadership: 12+ years of experience building, leading, and delivering complex, large-scale technical programs within a matrixed organization. A track record of delivering cross-functional initiatives such as Data Mesh, Data Fabric, Master Data Management in multi-cloud environments is a must. Experience incorporating AI and machine learning into big data ecosystems is highly desired.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of software development methodologies, data architecture, and lifecycle management, combined with Agile coaching experience that enables high-performing teams to deliver scalable data platforms and capabilities efficiently.
- Process Acumen: Demonstrated experience in evolving, standardizing, and scaling enterprise data contracts across platform and product teams by partnering with upstream data producers and downstream consumers to improve data reliability, governance, and controlled publishing workflows.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to analyze industry trends, understand Intuit's strategy, and make data-driven decisions that accelerate business outcomes.
- Exceptional Communicator: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels in a matrixed organization, from individual contributors to senior executives.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Recognized as an expert in applying data to assess program health, identify risks, and inform strategic decisions. Known for educating and mentoring others on data analytics, AI/ML concepts, and best practices for evidence-based decision-making.
- Education: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. PMP, Agile certifications or equivalent demonstrated practical technical program management experience is desired.
