Work Schedule

  • Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM.
  • Occasional flexibility for evenings or weekends, based on client needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and personalized solutions for each client.
  • Consultation: Conduct virtual or in-person consultations to understand customer needs, offer tailored recommendations, and present product offerings.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster trust and loyalty.
  • Follow-Up: Proactively follow up with prospects, answer questions, and guide them through the sales process to ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the design and installation teams to ensure seamless execution of custom orders.
  • Sales Tracking: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress in the CRM system.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with product offerings, pricing, and industry trends to confidently address customer inquiries.

Qualifications

  • Language: Bilingual in English and Spanish (Fluent) required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in sales, customer service, or a related field. Experience in home improvement or custom design solutions is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and virtual meeting platforms.Ability to learn new software and systems, with strong proficiency in computers
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand and address customer needs effectively.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional results as part of a team.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Additional studies in administration, marketing, sales, or customer service preferred.
  • Experience with a stable work history.
