At SomiSomi Thornton, we specialize in serving Ah-Boong, a delicious Korean dessert that combines soft-serve ice cream with freshly made taiyaki (fish-shaped waffle cones). We're all about creating memorable experiences for our customers, and our team plays a key role in making that happen.

As a Team Member, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing friendly, attentive, and efficient customer service. - Preparing and serving our signature desserts with attention to quality and presentation. - Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the store, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. - Working collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations. - Learning and mastering the art of taiyaki-making and soft-serve preparation.

We're seeking individuals who bring energy, enthusiasm, and a customer-first mindset to the table. Here's what we'd like to see: - Experience: At least 1 year of experience in food & beverage, hospitality, or customer service is preferred. However, if you're friendly, customer-oriented, and eager to learn, we provide proper training to the right candidates - Skills & Attributes:

• Attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
• A team-focused attitude and a passion for delivering great customer experiences.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and handling standards.
• Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the USA.
