Front Desk Receptionist

This is not a typical front-desk job.

What the Job Is Really Like:

• This is a customer-focused, high-energy role with constant interaction.
• You'll be the first point of contact for clients — setting the tone for their entire experience.
• You'll manage phones, scheduling, client communication, and problem-solving throughout the day.
• You'll need to think quickly, adapt, and make judgment calls while following established systems.
• The role is physically demanding at times — moving throughout the salon, assisting as needed, and staying engaged on your feet.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort with technology and learning new systems.
• Ability to take feedback, apply it, and improve.
• Professional animal-care experience preferred (vet, grooming, daycare, shelter, etc.), but not required for the right person.

This Role Is NOT a Good Fit If:

• You need constant direction or struggle with multitasking.
• You avoid asking questions or speaking up.
• You prefer slow, highly repetitive work with little change.
• You're uncomfortable with accountability or fast decision-making.
