What the Job Is Really Like:
- This is a customer-focused, high-energy role with constant interaction.
- You'll be the first point of contact for clients — setting the tone for their entire experience.
- You'll manage phones, scheduling, client communication, and problem-solving throughout the day.
- You'll need to think quickly, adapt, and make judgment calls while following established systems.
- The role is physically demanding at times — moving throughout the salon, assisting as needed, and staying engaged on your feet.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfort with technology and learning new systems.
- Ability to take feedback, apply it, and improve.
- Professional animal-care experience preferred (vet, grooming, daycare, shelter, etc.), but not required for the right person.
This Role Is NOT a Good Fit If:
- You need constant direction or struggle with multitasking.
- You avoid asking questions or speaking up.
- You prefer slow, highly repetitive work with little change.
- You're uncomfortable with accountability or fast decision-making.
