What You'll Do

• Provide friendly, helpful support to customers over the phone in both
  Spanish and English
• Assist callers with questions, troubleshooting, and problem-solving
• Navigate multiple systems and accurately document each interaction
• Choose the hours you want to commit — mornings, evenings, weekends, or set a rhythm that works for your life

What You Need

• Strong verbal and written fluency in
  Spanish and English
• At least
  1 year of customer service or phone-based support experience
• Reliable, distraction-free home office environment
• Excellent technical aptitude and ability to handle multiple computer applications
• Required equipment: Windows 11 PC, wired internet connection, dual monitors, USB headset
• (Note: Macs, Chromebooks, tablets, and Wi-Fi-only setups are not supported.)

Compensation

• Independent Contractors invoice for completed services.
• Rates vary by program and include performance-based earning opportunities.
• As an Independent Contractor, you are responsible for your own expenses, equipment, and taxes.
