Construction Superintendent

The Role

We are seeking a Commercial Superintendent to lead projects in the field in close partnership with a Harbor Project Manager.

This is a collaborative role. The Superintendent and Project Manager work as a team, coordinating daily field operations, schedule, and communication so projects stay organized, predictable, and moving forward.

The Superintendent is the on-site leader and decision-maker. You set the tone on the jobsite, manage the trades, and ensure the work is executed safely, efficiently, and to Harbor's standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field operations for commercial construction projects
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and inspections
• Maintain schedule, quality, and safety standards
• Communicate clearly with project managers, clients, and inspectors
• Anticipate issues and proactively solve problems
• Maintain clean, organized, professional jobsites
• Represent Harbor with professionalism and integrity at all times

Experience & Skills

• Commercial construction experience required
• Strong understanding of sequencing, scheduling, and coordination
• Ability to read plans and specs
• Comfortable leading people and holding standards
• Experience in medical, dental, or interior build-outs is a plus

Pay: $50, $95,000.00 per year
