Your Role

• Meet with motivated sellers in Dana Point and South Orange County
• Guide pricing, prep, and positioning conversations
• Win listings and manage the sales process
• Host open houses and handle negotiations
• Track pipeline and performance using our systems
• Work alongside a focused, production driven team

Who This Is For

• Active California real estate license
• Minimum of 3 closed transactions
• Coachable, confident, and accountable
• Strong follow up habits and basic tech comfort
• Wants listings, structure, and long term growth
