Logistics Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced
Logistics Operations Manager
on behalf of our client, a foreign-capitalized and corporate company operating in the
manufacturing sector
, to manage end-to-end logistics operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree from relevant departments,
• Minimum 10 years of experience
  in logistics, supply chain, and warehouse management,
• Advanced proficiency in English
  ,
• Proficient in
  ERP systems
  and
  MS Office applications
  ,
• Strong analytical skills with a solution-oriented mindset and team management experience,
• Possesses a
  valid driver's license
  and is an active driver,
• For male candidates:
  military service must be completed
  (if applicable).

Candidates are expected to
reside in or be willing to relocate to the Tekirdağ region
.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Logistics Process Management

• Coordinate with production, procurement, and sales departments to manage the complete flow of materials and finished products,
• Ensure effective and timely planning and execution of shipments,
• Develop projects to increase efficiency in storage and transportation processes.

2. Operational Monitoring & Performance Reporting

• Analyze logistics costs and manage the budgeting process,
• Monitor the performance of transportation providers using measurable KPIs and reporting tools,
• Control and evaluate raw material and finished goods stock reports regularly.

3. Compliance and System Management

• Cooperate with customs brokers to stay aligned with the latest trade and customs regulations,
• Manage logistics processes via
  ERP systems and MS Office tools

• Follow and integrate new technologies and digital solutions into operations.
