Driving Requirement: Driving is an essential part of this role. You will safely operate a company vehicle to and from various job sites daily.

• Cleaning Tasks: Perform professional dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization. This includes, but is not limited to, deep-cleaning and removing trash.
• Driving: Safely operate the company vehicle to move between job sites.
• Documentation: Use the Jobber app to log your work, including before/after photos, notes, and completion checklists.
• Chemical Safety: Use, store, and transport all cleaning chemicals responsibly.
• Quality Standards: Uphold our standards by following all company cleaning procedures.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with our supportive team and follow the guidance of Senior Cleaning Technicians.
• Professionalism: Represent the company professionally in the field at all times.
• Maintenance: Help ensure all tools, cleaning supplies, and company vehicles are organized and well-maintained.

• Driving: Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
• Federal ID: REAL ID or other valid federal identification (e.g., Passport).
• Schedule: Weekend and holiday availability is required.
• Physical: Ability to perform physical tasks (bending, lifting, standing for long periods).
• Background: Able to pass a federal-level background check (post-offer).

• Growth: Promotion paths to Cleaning Technician II and Senior Technician I/II ($21–$25/hr).
• Retention Bonus: $175 after 6 months of employment. To qualify, you must remain in good standing. Bonus is paid on the first payroll following your 6-month anniversary.
• Paid Sick Leave: 40 hours of paid sick leave provided per calendar year upon completion of a 90-day orientation and review period.
• Cell Phone Allowance: Taxable reimbursement of up to $10 per pay period.
