Sales Genius Coaching is hiring B2B Sales Development Representatives to support SG360, our sales coaching and consulting division.
This role focuses on warm outreach to qualified business owners and decision-makers who have already expressed interest in improving their sales performance. These leads come from inbound inquiries, prior engagement, or targeted business outreach — this is not cold dialing random lists.
SG360 works with blue-collar and white-collar businesses that are struggling with sales consistency, lead conversion, or team performance. Your role is to engage these leads, qualify fit, and set high-quality appointments for our sales leadership team.
This is a remote sales role with structure, training, and accountability, designed for individuals who want to build or grow a professional sales skillset. Training & Ramp-Up
All new hires complete a mandatory 2-week training ramp, which includes:

  • SG360 offer and positioning training
    • Warm lead qualification frameworks
    • Call flow, objection handling, and booking standards
    • CRM usage, documentation, and compliance
    • Live call shadowing and roleplay. This training is designed to support both experienced sales professionals and entry-level candidates. Responsibilities
  • Engage warm, qualified B2B leads via phone and follow-up channels
    • Qualify business owners based on need, authority, and readiness
    • Set appointments for sales leadership
    • Maintain accurate CRM notes and pipeline hygiene
    • Attend required meetings, training, and dialing blocks
    • Execute within agreed-upon weekday schedules
    • Follow scripts, frameworks, and KPIs outlined by management.

Required Experience
To be considered, you should have interest or experience in several of the following areas:

  • B2B sales, customer-facing, or appointment setting roles
    • Warm lead follow-up, inbound sales, or consultative conversations
    • Remote work environments
    • Performance-based or commission-driven compensation
    • CRM usage (HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, or similar)Entry-level candidates with strong communication skills, coachability, and reliability are encouraged to apply.

A typical workday is structured, focused, and execution-driven, with support and training built into the schedule.
Your day may include:

  • Joining a short team huddle to review priorities, goals, and performance expectations
    • Reviewing assigned warm leads that have already shown interest in sales improvement
    • Making outbound calls to business owners and decision-makers to:
    • Understand their current sales challenges
    • Ask qualifying questions
    • Determine if SG360 is a good fit
    • Logging call outcomes and notes in the CRM
    • Following up with previously contacted leads via phone or approved follow-up channels
    • Participating in live training, roleplay, or call reviews to improve skill and confidence
    • Setting qualified appointments for sales leadership
    • Collaborating with the team and managers when questions or challenges arise. This role is activity-based and performance-driven, but you are not expected to do this alone. Training, scripts, frameworks, and leadership support are provided. What Success Looks Like
