We are seeking a HR Coordinator to support day-to-day human resources operations with a primary focus on recruiting and benefits administration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle to attract, engage, and hire top talent across the organization. The role requires attention to detail, superior organizational skills, and the ability to balance administrative responsibilities with employee-facing work.
Key Responsibilities
Recruiting & Onboarding
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication
- Assist with offer preparation, background checks, and pre-employment documentation
- Maintain, review, and recommend updates to job descriptions and compensation assessments
- Prepare new hire paperwork and coordinate onboarding, orientation, and initial training logistics
Benefits Administration
- Administer employee benefit programs including health, dental, vision, retirement, and other company-sponsored plans
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee benefit questions and enrollment support
HR Administration & Compliance
- Maintain employee records and HR systems with accuracy and confidentiality
- Support HR policies, procedures, and compliance with employment laws
- Provide guidance to management on employee relations matters, documentation, and follow-up
- Prepare HR reports and assist with audits
- Coordinate and support employee recognition programs
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in an HR administrative or generalist role
- Hands-on experience with recruiting and benefits administration
- Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $ $29.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
