Role Description

This is a per-diem hybrid role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) based in the New York City Metropolitan Area, with flexibility for some remote work. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting functional behavior assessments, designing and implementing individualized treatment plans, supervising behavior technicians, and providing parent training. The role will also involve monitoring progress, ensuring adherence to Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles, and collaborating with families, caregivers, and other professionals to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Skills in Parent Education and collaboration with caregivers
• Knowledge in Psychology and child development
• Experience in Behavior Management and addressing challenging behaviors
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Current BCBA certification in good standing
• Current LBA-NY certification
• Experience with drafting FBAs and related reports
• Previous experience working with children with autism
