Busser/Food Runner

Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Busser/Food Runner to join our dynamic restaurant team. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth dining experience for our guests by maintaining cleanliness, assisting with food delivery, and supporting the overall service flow. Duties

• Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain a clean and inviting dining area
• Assist servers by delivering food from the kitchen to guests efficiently and accurately
• Support the kitchen staff with basic food handling and prep tasks as needed
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including sweeping, wiping down tables, and restocking supplies
• Ensure all dishes, utensils, and glassware are clean and organized for guest use
• Provide attentive customer service by addressing guest needs courteously and professionally
• Assist with catering events or special functions when required
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless service flow

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant, catering, or hospitality preferred but not mandatory
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures and food handling safety standards
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Flexibility to work during peak hours, including evenings and weekends if needed
• A positive attitude, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset
• Prior experience with serving or hotel operations is a plus but not required
