Company Description

  • Start Date: within the next few weeks
  • Orientation Note: Our New Employee Orientations are held every other Wednesday, starting at 10:30am. You will need to attend the full day.
  • Hourly Wage: based on experience and credentials $ $24.25/hr
  • Shift: Part Time Overnight / NOC shift - 11pm - 7am
  • Schedule: every Monday, Friday, and an every other weekend rotation.

The Terrace is a 115-bed skilled nursing facility in Waukegan, dedicated to providing high-quality care to older adults through short-term rehabilitation and long-term memory care. Our residents come to us following hospitalization, surgery, or illness, or because they need ongoing support related to dementia or chronic conditions.

Clinical care at The Terrace is resident-centered and team-driven. Nurses, therapists, social services, and support staff work closely together to promote recovery, maintain function, and preserve dignity. Job Description

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Meaningful Work Every Day

Qualifications

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA): Sometimes called a Certified Nurse (or Nurse's) Assistant or Aide.

What we need from you:

  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in IL
  • Prior experience in a hospital or a skilled nursing facility is ideal
  • Electronic medical records experience (Point Click Care is helpful)

This center is managed by TRANSITIONAL CARE MANAGEMENT. We currently provide comprehensive management services to several inpatient healthcare centers throughout Northern IL & the Chicagoland area. These settings include Long-term Care Skilled Nursing (SNFs), Short-term Care Rehabilitation, Intermediate Care (ICFs), and Behavioral Health Service (SMHRFs) centers.
