PAID WEEKLY - Bartending experience required.

Smokey's BBQ is excited to welcome new team members as we prepare to open our doors. Our focus is on Texas-inspired barbecue, smoking our meats low n' slow, allowing them to rest properly, and slicing everything fresh to order. Just as important as the food is our commitment to quality service and creating a welcoming, upbeat environment for our guests.

We're looking for dependable, positive individuals who thrive in a fast-paced setting and take pride in providing excellent hospitality.

General Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• Provide friendly, attentive, and genuine customer service
• Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy shifts
• Flexible scheduling, including availability on nights, weekends, and holidays
• Adaptability and willingness to work in a constantly evolving environment
• Basic math skills and comfort with cash handling
• POS system knowledge or willingness to learn
• Knowledge of food and beverage service appropriate to the role
• Upselling and making thoughtful recommendations to guests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work and guest areas
• Monitor guest needs and ensure a safe, enjoyable dining experience
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• Professionalism, teamwork, and a strong work ethic
• Ability to have fun while remaining respectful and professional

Pay: $5.50 - $30.00 per hour
