Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment following health and safety standards
• Clear tables promptly and efficiently, assisting servers with bussing duties
• Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including basic plating and garnishing
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including sweeping and wiping down surfaces
• Support catering and banquet setups by organizing supplies and assisting with service needs
• Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed at all times
• Restock supplies such as napkins, silverware, and condiments to ensure smooth service flow
• Follow all safety protocols to prevent accidents and maintain a safe work environment

Skills

• Experience in dish washing, bussing, food preparation, or food service environments preferred
• Strong cleaning skills with attention to detail in sanitation practices
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
• Basic cooking or culinary experience beneficial but not required
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to handle food safely and adhere to proper food handling procedures
• Hospitality-minded attitude with a focus on guest satisfaction
