The position of Quality Control Security Supervisor consists of assuring property, assets or people. Duties and responsibilities include managing sites for quality such as guards performing their duties, checking scan logs, monitoring guards, checking supplies, and creating reportschecklists.
Tasks
- Visit each site twice daily to ensure guards are performing their tasks.
- Check on supplies, magnets, lights, batteries, uniforms, scan points etc. and report to management if supplies are needed.
- Assist guards in things they may need from the company and coordinate with management to make sure needs are met.
- Make sure guards are on time and alert during their shift.
- Ensure Belfry is working properly for each employee (clocking inout and scanning) report any issues to management.
- Monitor Belfry alongside management to make sure scans are being done at the correct intervals for each site.
- Notify management of any on going problems and solutions to those problems.
- Ensure that guards uniforms are neat and in good condition. Notify management if new uniforms are needed.
- Ensure guards phones are working and NFC compatible.
- Set up new hires at their new job postings, give them necessary gate codes / keys, show them around the site and ensure they know where all scan points are.
- Ensure all guards have proper PM Security on-the-job training, etc.
- Ensure guards are trained in Belfry, how to receive their schedules, clocking in and out, scanning, writing reports etc.
- Ensure each job site is secured properly and relay any necessary needs to management.
- Create incident report for any unsecure locations around the job site with photos and send to
- management so the client can be notified.
- Ensure that guards are filling out incidents reports in Belfry with photos and all necessary information.
- Write reports of daily activities with photos and any follow up actions on each site in the QC Report and submit in Belfry
Qualifications and requirements
- Ability to give full attention to what other people are saying, and to use logic and reason to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions.
- Must have and maintain a Valid Drivers License and clean MVR record for insurances purposes

Lines of communication
- This role will report directly to Security Division MangerSecurity Division Supervisor
- Daily QC Reports submitted in Belfry along with any follow up actions or next steps.
Working conditions
- This is a full time position that may include day shifts, night shifts, weekday and weekends.
