2nd shift Warehouse Clerk

Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented 2nd Shift Warehouse Clerk to join our dynamic logistics team. This role is vital in ensuring efficient warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, inventory management, and shipping & receiving processes. The ideal candidate will have warehouse experience and familiarity with warehouse management systems, RF scanners, and equipment such as forklifts and reach trucks. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment supporting e-commerce and distribution channels.

Duties

• Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
• Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to pick, pack, and process orders accurately
• Assist with order picking, packing, and shipping & receiving activities
• Stock shelves and organize inventory using MRP systems such as AS400
• Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling of goods
• Manage order fulfillment tasks including picking & packing for e-commerce orders
• Maintain accurate inventory records through stock counting and updates in the warehouse system
• Support warehouse distribution operations by coordinating stock movement and storage solutions
• Utilize basic math skills for inventory counts, measurements, and calculations related to packaging and shipping

Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience preferred, especially in order fulfillment, shipping & receiving, or distribution centers
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, AS400, and MRP software is highly desirable
• Experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, or similar equipment is a plus; valid certification preferred
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds regularly and standing for extended periods
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory accuracy
• Basic math skills for counting, measurements, and calculations related to packaging and order processing
• Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and protocols
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment
