Bartender

Required Skills & Experience

• Demonstrated knowledge of craft cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine
• Ability to confidently describe cocktails, ingredients, tasting notes, and beverage stories
• Strong understanding of food & beverage pairings
• Ability to anticipate needs behind the bar and remain steps ahead
• Excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal & written)
• Ability to flawlessly present and serve a bottle of wine
• Comfortable and confident selling alcohol in a professional, hospitality-focused way
• POS proficiency; inventory experience is a plus
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift/carry items as required
• Punctual, reliable, and respectful of the team and schedule
• Coachable and able to follow direction with a positive attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
