We are seeking a
Human Resources Generalist
who will support our growing team across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, training support, and day-to-day HR operations. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is highly organized, people-focused, and committed to excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Manage full-cycle recruiting: create job postings, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and support hiring decisions
- Oversee onboarding and orientation to ensure new hires feel welcomed, trained, and integrated
- Support employee relations with professionalism, discretion, and fairness
- Maintain HR records, personnel files, and compliance documentation
- Assist with benefits administration, PTO tracking, and payroll coordination
- Support performance review processes and employee development initiatives
- Maintain company policies and ensure compliance with Florida and federal employment laws
- Partner with leadership to foster a values-driven, engaging workplace
- Track HR metrics, help streamline processes, and implement system improvements
- Support company culture initiatives, events, training, and communication
- 2-4 years of human resources experience (construction, manufacturing, or small-business environments preferred)
- Strong understanding of HR practices, regulations, and workplace compliance
- Professional, approachable communication style with strong confidentiality and discretion
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through
- Proficiency with HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, and digital tools
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and support a fast-paced, growing team
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Full-time, W-2 position
- Salary Range:
$60,000-$75,000
, depending on experience
- $20 daily lunch credit provided to all employees
- Quarterly performance bonuses (minimum $1,000, with potential for more)
