Job Summary

This job's primary focus is to ensure their specific shift operates in an efficient and smooth manner with our core values in mind(Quality, Customer Service, Team, and Environment).

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

  • Consistently provide exceptional hospitality and service both to our guests and your team.
  • Acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture and core values of MILKLAB
  • Being a good role model for the team and leading them by example.
  • Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to standard and to set a positive example for the shift team.
  • Anticipate the guest experience and constantly be one step ahead in service and hospitality.
  • Lead the shift in a way to maximized efficiency, provide top level customer service, and foster a great work environment.
  • Utilize and implement store roles and checklists to guarantee a smooth and successful shift.
  • Become the go to person for problem solving and guest relations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and accurately track and communicate levels or potential shortages.
  • Protect the store asset by making sure our team and our equipment is well taken care of.
  • Creates a positive learning environment by providing clear, specific, timely and respectful coaching and feedback to teammates to ensure operational excellence and to improve performance.
  • Follows all cash management and cash register policies and ensures proper cash management practices are followed by shift team.
  • Attend mandatory monthly leader meetings.
  • Communicate essential information in a clear and timely manner, maintaining confidentiality where appropriate.

Requirements

  • 1 year of work experience in customer service or leadership position.
  • Must be available to work at least 2 shifts on the weekend.
  • Great attention to quality and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Effective time management and delegation skills
  • Ability to effectively problem solve, using sound judgment
