Qualifications

• Previous experience in client services or customer support is preferred.
• Lottery Machine Experience
• Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to analyze situations critically and provide effective solutions.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
