Print Production Operator Night Shift

Overview
We are seeking a skilled Print Production Operator for the Night Shift to join our dynamic manufacturing team. This role is essential in ensuring high-quality print outputs and efficient production processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in various printing techniques, color management, and graphic design, with a keen eye for detail and quality control. The position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment focused on print advertising, packaging, and custom manufacturing projects.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain screen printing equipment, flexo presses, CNC machines, and machining tools to produce high-quality printed materials.
• Manage prepress processes including layout design, typography, color management, and ensuring files are print-ready using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Execute quality control checks throughout the production process to ensure color accuracy, registration, and overall print quality.
• Set up and calibrate printing equipment for different projects, adjusting parameters for optimal results.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of print jobs during the night shift.
• Perform routine maintenance on machinery to minimize downtime and troubleshoot technical issues as they arise.
• Assist with inventory management of printing supplies and raw materials.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment at all times.

Experience

• Proven experience in screen printing, flexo press operations, or related manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with prepress processes including layout design, typography, and color management.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Knowledge of CNC machinery, machining processes, or CNC programming is a plus.
• Experience with quality control standards in printing or manufacturing settings.
• Ability to operate forklifts or other warehouse equipment is advantageous but not required.
