About Us
Connect Construction and its affiliate Connect Housing Blocks are leading the way in modular construction and prefabrication — the future of the industry. Backed by Connect Real Estate's sustainable approach to development, we have a strong pipeline of projects and growing opportunities with third-party clients.
By combining off-site production of units with on-site preparation, we deliver high-quality, metal-framed modules — up to 11 stories tall — in weeks instead of months. This process reduces delays from supply chain, labor, and weather, while providing a better product at a better price.
