Who You Are

  • You're process-driven and enjoy building workflows that make teams more effective.
  • You're confident communicating with both technical developers and non-technical clients.
  • You're highly organized, proactive, and take ownership of outcomes — not just tasks.
  • You're comfortable pushing work forward, following up, and holding people accountable.

What You'll Do

  • Break down requests into clear, actionable tasks and manage them in

  • Clearly communicate timelines, progress, and blockers to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure tasks move from intake to completion without getting stuck or lost.
  • Identify recurring issues or inefficiencies and proactively improve systems and workflows.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in project management for web development or website maintenance.
  • Strong understanding of WordPress, hosting environments, site updates, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Experience managing offshore or distributed development teams.
  • Hands-on experience using (or similar PM tools) to manage workflows and teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agency-style environment with multiple priorities.

Why You'll Love It Here

  • You'll have real ownership and influence over how development work gets done.
  • You'll work closely with leadership, developers, and client-facing teams.
  • You'll help bring structure, clarity, and momentum to complex projects.
  • Flexible work environment with a strong focus on outcomes, not micromanagement.
  • Opportunity to grow into a senior operations or delivery leadership role over time.
