We are the number one company in our marketplace and are looking for a full time Customer Service Representative. The candidate must be detail oriented, possess outstanding communication skills, likes a fast paced environment, creative, outgoing, and an extravert. The job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries (in person, phone, fax, e-mail) to meet their requirements in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage and resolve customer issues
- Introduce new products and promotions to the client base to increase sales
- Process customer orders
- Processing return and warranty authorization requests
- Answer incoming calls
- Keeping up to date on all related sales and marketing initiatives
- Process credit memos
Track and manage back orders
All other assigned duties
Skills and Experience:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Effective time management and ability to work independently
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain positive relations
- Detail oriented
- Ensuring complete customer satisfaction through solution based relationships
- Self-motivated with a committed, dedicated work ethic
- Strong computer skills with a knowledge of MS Office application and programs
- Great Plains experience
- Sales Force experience
- Must have two (2) years of relevant customer service
The corporate home office is based in Corona, California where this position will be located. The rate of pay will be related to qualifications. The company offers a great benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401K, vacation, and sick time.

- Quotewerks: 1 year (Preferred)
