Job Summary
Data Architect (Looker Experience)
Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable data architectures using Looker to support business intelligence initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Implement data models and looker reports that provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Optimize data processing and storage solutions to ensure high performance and reliability.
• Conduct regular reviews of data systems to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes in looker reports.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Lead efforts in integrating new technologies and tools to enhance looker data capabilities.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data systems to ensure seamless operation and minimal downtime.
• Develop documentation and training materials to support end-users in utilizing data solutions effectively.
• Collaborate with franchise management teams to tailor looker data solutions that meet specific domain needs.
• Drive innovation by exploring emerging trends in data analytics and recommending strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Possess extensive experience in Looker/ Looker Studio and BigQuery, demonstrating proficiency in designing and implementing data solutions.
• Have a strong understanding of data modelling, ETL processes, and dashboard/reports creation.
• Experience in Franchise Management is highly desirable, showcasing domain expertise.
• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively
• Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Show a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends and technologies.

Salary And Other Compensation
Applications will be accepted until December 21st 2025. The annual salary for this position is between $120- $140K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
