Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, cleanse, and validate large volumes of data from multiple internal systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends, identify anomalies, and highlight actionable insights.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and performance reports using
  Tableau
  or
  Power BI
  .
• Partner with business stakeholders and technology teams to gather requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
• Automate recurring reports and data processes using
  SQL
  and
  Excel
  to improve efficiency.
• Create clear and impactful presentations that communicate analytical findings to senior leadership.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for data sources, transformations, methodologies, and workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in
  Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics
  , or a related discipline.
• Strong proficiency in
  Excel
  (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and foundational
  SQL
  querying skills.
• Working knowledge of data visualization tools such as
  Power BI
  or
  Tableau
  .
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain insights clearly.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to
  Python or R
  for data analysis or automation tasks.
• Understanding of
  financial services or banking
  operations.
• Internship, academic project, or hands-on experience in
  data analysis or reporting
  .
